For
most of the non residents of the city, mention
New Orleans means dreaming with brass bands
from the french district streets, playing "When
the saints go marching in...", for the
funeral of a dead brother up to St. Louis Cementary,
or playing on a boat. At the beginning of the
XIX century, marching bands used to play down
to the streets, concerts, or every kind of excursions,
on a boat, on the river bank.
